About Semcosm

Semcosm is an independent technology organization focused on programming languages, systems, applications, and protocol design.

The name means symbol universe. It describes a structured space for building software, languages, protocols, and related systems with rigor instead of noise.

Semcosm is currently in its early formation stage and operated independently by a single builder. The immediate goal is to establish project foundations, technical direction, public writing, and a credible long-term archive of the work.
